Hi, I'm Mama Seahorse! I have three boys - rowdy crazy lovely funny boys, ages 7, 4, and 20 months. They will go by the initials of their names (C, Ijp, and K or babycaKes, respectively). I have a hubby (who goes by J) of ten years. We live and love in the suburbs of Chicago. I think that there is humor in the little things that happen when you least expect them... and I really do know that kids say the darndest things. We try to live healthy but every family hits McD's every now and then, I think. We spend our time juggling J's work, my school (massage therapy), and the kids' activities which include modeling. I am also a firm believer in spending time with my girlfriends and putting on what I call the "I'm-not-a-mom" shoes (which would be any pair of heels that I could not possibly run after a toddler in) and "wow-my-butt-looks-amazing" jeans. We HAVE to have times to wear those - otherwise, we might forget about our awesomeness, right?
