About "..who's more fun - mom or dad" - my experience with my parents are that the father is less around but when he is 100% with children, he's more energetic fun. My mother, on the other hand, is almost always there for kinda everyday fun moments.
for some reason i feel this video would not be getting the air time it is if daddy had been overweight, balding and otherwise physically unattractive.
Seriously though, I had to go back and look to see what the dad looked like after reading your comment. All I remembered from watching originally was the joy he had playing, the mess they made, and the thoughtfulness of the clean-up. Sex appeal was nowhere to be found in my innocent enjoyment of watching a father with his son.
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - actually no, i have no children. i'm one of those unlovable creeps that will eventually be found dead in his home after a week of no one noticing,or caring that they are not around but eventually checking it out because of the smell or some other self interested reason. and while i'm not kidding i am good humored enough to laugh about it.
no doubt it may not have been "sex appeal" but people are generally more likely to "like" attractive people; law of nature and all.
In my experience, daddy is more fun than mommy. Mommy tries to clean, cook, do laundry, take a shower etc. Daddy sits on his butt and just plays all day, lol.
that baby is in toy heaven. i grew up with six siblings and all our toys combined didn't add up to how much this kid has. definitely a cute video, my dad was usually the funner one too.
OMFG. This is quite possibly one of the cutest things I have ever seen in my life.
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - I agree-- I don't think I would have enjoyed it more if the father was chizled with an six pack, or less if he was over weight. To be honest, I was watching the baby the whole time. Not about the sex appeal
On a side note (while we're talking about sex appeal), this stephanie must have a very good job-- I bet you she's a knockout. She's got a nice well furnished house with pretty awsome toys (I like the little basket with the balls that roll down) and her husband's pretty well adjusted to family life.
That was way too cute for words!
Wow!!! So this is really what happens at home when we leave our toddlers with their daddies. ;) Good thing they pick up. ^-^
I wish parenting was as easy as this video makes it seem haha.
