You just can't make this stuff up. A U.K mom who attempted breastfeeding and was unsuccessful with her human children, has decided that it makes her feel "complete" to offer her breast to her daughter's pug dog. Yes, a dog
. I'm all for breastfeeding, but this just seems kind of crazy!
She's quoted as saying, "Having Spider suckle on my boob means I finally feel complete and a better mother."
Breastfeeding always stirs up controversy (and for what reason?), but I totally agree with any of you that think this one is just plain weird. I tried breastfeeding with my youngest two, and because of chronically low milk supply, it didn't work out for us. The thought never crossed my mind that I felt "incomplete" and to rectify that, I should just nurse the family dog! What do you think?
Outrageous? Say what?!
Those of you who don't like seeing breastfeeding in public... how would you react to the public breastfeeding of a canine? The image above was posted on Reddit, here's the article
that I read.
