Successful Celebrities Raised by Single Moms
I always thought that being a single mother was impossible until now - I am currently 8 months pregnant now, without baby's father.So here's the list of awesome successful celebrities who were raised by single mothers that boost my confidence, showing me that impossible things can morph into possible situations.
1. Adele
She was raised by her single mother after her father left them when Adele was only 3 years old. Adele loves her mother and grandmother so much.
Although her mother faced financial hardship, she still manages to raise her kid wonderfully, who is now a successful singer.
2. Justin Bieber
His songs are like a magic wand, no matter whether we like it or not, we still can't deny that it's so easy to remember his songs and lyrics.
His mother raises him, instills good moral values in him. Although she was 18 when she had Justin, she is a brave mother to Justin.
It is proven when Justin released a track to sing praise of his mother.
3. Alicia Keys
She is my favorite female singer of all time! She is not only a talented singer, but also a person with a big heart who never stops involving herself in charity events.
Although her mother is a single parent, she never forbid her daughter to take part in ballet, music and gymnastics.
4. Jay Chou
He is the most famous musician in Taiwan. Jay was brought up by his mother who made sure he practiced his piano and cello.
He used to get envious when his friends were playing outside, whereas he sat on the piano, practicing for hours and hours. Somehow, now, Jay Chou thanks his mother for his successful music career.
A mother's love is the most powerful magic in this world.

Good, I thought this was going to be about celebrities who are single parents.. I was going to say that it'll be alot easier since they are rich.. But this is different :P Plus, sometimes its just better that the dad isn't involved in some situations...

Im really not sure why this is listed like it should be a surprise. With the divorce rate being at 50% TONS of people are raised by single moms these days, and there's really no reason to think a single mother is incapable.

hmmm in a magazine they showed Adele being hugged by her dad and she was like 11 or 13 :/ erhm anywho don't forget kanye west and usher well there are a lot of celebrities like Liv Tyler too :^)
