Tell Me Tuesday: No Child Of Mine Will Ever...
Becoming a mom sure gets you thinking about parenting.
No child of mine will ever go a single day without hearing how loved they are.
What will you absolutely not allow your kids to do?

oh... this is just daring the Fates.
My children will never hear that they are stupid. I will never put them down, I will always encourage them and their dreams and ambitions. They are beautiful, strong, and capable of anything.
Oh, and I'm not going to allow them to sled down the alley like some of the neighbor kids do. I get that it's a hill (pretty small one), but it's incredibly dangerous!
will go to bed without a hug, kiss, and I love you. (At the least an "I love you" when they are teenagers and giving mom a hug and kiss is not "cool")
My child/children and those in my care will always know that they are loved, and that they are blessings. Each of them are fearfully and wonderfully made, and they are incredible. And even when I hear "I hate you mommy!" I will hug them close and remind them that I love them always. And that Jesus loves them more.

My child will never go to bed hungry. My child will never go to bed without knowing how much I love her. My child will never go a day without play time from mommy or daddy.

Oh brother. If you think you're gonna be perfect mom, I'm already laughing out loud. I always told mine they could come to me and tell me anything, and I wouldn't get upset. HAH!! They are in their 30's, and the crap I've had to hear over the years!
..Make fun of another child, or reject those less fortunate than themselves. That will get them a bigger punishment than anything else.
...be allowed to use incorrect grammar ;)
My child will never exist because I'll never trust anybody enough to have a kid with them.
