RECALL: Gerber Voluntary Recall of Good Start Infant Formula

Gerber is issuing a voluntary recall of their Good Start Infant Formula (23.2 ounce canisters) with an expiration date of March 5, 2013 due to a foul odor.
The above image shows the affected batch numbers.
Consumers can contact Gerber regarding for replacement information.

Hmmm. Can't help but wonder what's causing that "foul odor"...
Thank you for posting this! My hubby and I ran to the kitchen when reading this but thank God ours is fine. Such a good thing to point out!!!
Man, you'd think with all the science involved in things these days, these folks could get it right. I'd shy away from something as new as Gerber, and stick to Similac or Enfamil, if I were looking for formula.
Yeaaaa.. this is why I will breastfeed when I have kids. All these baby formula recalls are freaking me out..
