I have seen this picture, and others like it, all over the Internet lately. A definite jab to those who think an exposed breast is obscene or inappropriate. It's the boob hat for babies, a simple crocheted hat that can be customized. Don't believe me? Search Etsy for "

those poor children will be so embarrassed when they look back at these photos...
...and thus children take one more step into being mommy & daddy's little fashion accessory and or political statement. It's just sad.
Oh I've seen this before, I think it's a little funny/cute/cool although I wouldn't buy one. Would probably put it on my baby if someone gave me one though.

lol just checked e bay they run from about 10-25 dollars, they even come in different colors and piereced is an option lol the more i see it the cuter they get lol.

It's just sad that people feel the need to make a statement through their kids. If you want to breastfeed in public, just do it. It's not illegal.

Using the kid to make a statement. Really unfortunate. Try to move out of the baby stage and think about what the child will feel as a teenager, with a friend of the opposite sex visiting, finding a picture like that. And don't tell me you know your kid is going to be so outgoing and so ridiculously funny that he/she will think it's marvelous. Kids don't like being the butt of the joke.
