I didn't know this was a thing. I did not want any pictures taken of me while pregnant. I was extremely uncomfortable and self-conscious, none of my clothes fit, and I was very swollen. I just had my pregnant Barbie as a fill-in.

I would love to get photos done when I am pregant. My friend got a bunch of photo's done during her pregnancy that turned out nicely, and something else cool that she did was in each trimester we did a papermache cast of her stomach to see how it grew! It was very nice, she has them still :)

Having a super cool pregnancy photoshoot was so important to me. However, I get tired of the super cliche pictures. I love the idea of that first picture. I had a picture by a sign for "expectant mother parking" which I liked. I had pictures done with my husband when I was 38 weeks and they turned out amazing. There were ones of us kissing with the sun flare... And a shadow of us against the sun with my huge belly outlined. She took a cool picture of me standing with one arm above and one arm be,ow my belly, cradling it with the shadow of my pregnant body on the ground beside me. I'm actually painting a version of that picture because it turned out cool. I like pregnancy pictures that are done like a senior or modeling or my favorite - trash the dress- shoot... with the mother wearing cool chic clothes or then uber romantic ones with poses in really neat locations.... There are so many amazing photographers online that take incredible pictures.

Not for me. I'm sure they are lovely for other people. But I have two really cute pictures of me while pregnant. One with each pregnancy. I hate having my picture taken in general. I have a beautiful face but it can't be captured in a picture. There is just something about my face being...flat? that just doesn't work. Pictures where you can see the different depths of my face look good, but its hard to get those angles. But yeah, that was very unimportant to me. I could have cared less to get pictures taken of my pregnancy.

Oh, I never thought of doing that!  I'd probably be bad and pose with a beer bottle and a cigarette. lol Or have my body photoshopped onto a roller coaster. lol  Something terrible like that.

I did a very tasteful implied nude shoot with me and my boyfriend.  We had a professional studio and I covered myself with a bedsheet and my underwear/bra.  The pictures were beautiful.  Not everyone is into those, but that's okay.  We like them.

I just got a bad mental image reading the street sign and seeing a pregnant woman...

It's clever, but brought me a horrible mental image.

my favorite so far that i've seen:

have your husband/man-of-your-life stand against the wall. draw a plus sign next to him. you (standing sideways for visible baby bump) stand against the wall. draw an = 3 next to you.  (1+2=3) :)
also, Pinterest is a great inspiration. there is EVERYTHING on there.

I've never thought of that. I'd want to keep in traditional and classy. I wouldn't want my pregnant belly's skin to show.
