Zombies and Babies: Uncanny Similarities

Here's a funny look at just how similar zombies and babies are. It's quite true!

i dont agree with this one. i read it with an open mind and was disappointed.
This was so funny. I never thought about it this way and I have two of them.
Babies I mean, well a toddler and a teenager now. Not making much progress though they still can keep me awake in horror and turn me into a zombie sometimes.
O-kay.
lol!!! my kids have definitely turned me into a zombie.
hahaha this is so funny!!!
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - what did you not like about the post? I'm curious. I took it as the joke it is.
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - agreed,, it kinda creeped me out.
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - agreed.
@designlessthts@xanga - Well, I don't think babies or toddlers have messy hair if they are taken care of. They shouldn't have a 40,000 year old funky smell - and if it's poop we're referring to, again, take care of your child and change their diaper. Their clothes should not be ill-fitting. And I believe that even babies can have a sense of right and wrong. I know my son knew the difference when he was 1, I specifically remember him trying to him me and the look on his face. He knew it was bad.
I also don't hear baby talk as a moan or scream. I hear crying, sweet baby talk, or anger. They convey emotion, which zombies don't have. Zombies make noises like starving animals. Your child shouldn't be starving.
I don't stay awake at night in fear. I feel night time is the most peaceful, sometimes. I have a 5 and 2 year old.
I simply don't agree with this image. I saw one of these that likened Kanye West to toddlers, and that one was funny. But not this. This is a sad picture of an ill-kempt, disrespected child.
HA HAH AH. @sarahsmurfette@xanga - you're kidding right? There was nothing to read, hahaha.
@DivaJyoti@xanga - I read the captions in the pic. Did your comp not load the image right? There's words between the pictures of a zombie and a baby.
LMAO!!! It's funnier when you realize the perspective is from that of a dad... it's from "howtobeadad.com".
@sarahsmurfette@xanga - Zombies have emotions, they are as fallows
oooh food!
omnomnom food!
ow ow ow this chain saw hurts.
no matter how silly or offhand the joke, there are always going to be people with sticks shoved all the way up their ass to take offense. life is not to be taken so seriously. pull the stick out and see.
@lucylwrites@xanga - You said that right! People should just take it as a joke. Whoever made it I dont think their intentions were to offend someone.
It is kinda true and funny :P They are also like drunk people. My sisters (They arent babies anymore, but they are still kids) act hyper and funny all the time they seem like they are drunk (obviously they arent lol).. But its hilarious :D
This was a clever, halloween joke. And the fact that people were getting all uppity in defense of it made it funnier. My favorite's were: "Zombies make noises like starved animals." because, you know, That one is an expert on mythical undead hordes. "Also, this is a picture of a ill kempt, disrespected child." Made me laugh.
It's a drawing, not a photograph. It's hard to tell what a comically drawn picture is, especially ill kempt or disrespected. These people seemed to be missing the point. How many times have you photographed your baby and it was making a strange expression. Like, you caught it mid dropping a deuce, or in the middle of doing something mischevious. They make funny faces, and I have a few of my own son looking a bit zombie-ish.
America, grow a sense of humor. Also, if you think Kanye West and Babies have similarities and find that funny, but find it hard to liken a zombie to a baby.... Well then you just have issues.
Ps. Funk of 40,000 years was a lyric from the song Thriller. Its a metaphor, since anything 40,000 years old would probably just be dust.
Jerks.
@IonaLoire@xanga - It's ok for you or anyone else to like it. That's fine. Any art will have those that see beauty when others see something else. I said I don't agree with it and when someone asked why, I elaborated. I never said anything derogatory to people who think it's funny. I don't have to like it. Just like no one has to like every single painting or sculpture in a museum. We don't have the same taste. That's all. I said what I see. Others see something else. And that's cool. That's the way art works.
Please try not to belittle someone who simply has a different taste in comedy. I didn't belittle you.
Wow too much serious jibber going on. You either like it, or you don't. There really is no need for a discussion on the ethical morals and philosophy or whatever these replies are going to turn into.
I like zombies, so hooray!
mmm, brains! omnomnom.
Oh jesus. It's super easy to see the parents who take parenting too seriously on here.
