DIY: Picture Popsicle Stick Puzzle
This is a guest post from Empowering Mommy.
Gracie and Gabriel both love puzzles so I decided to add a personal touch to their puzzle collection – Picture Popsicle Stick puzzles. These puzzles are quick and easy to make and can be advance for older children or more complex for younger children.Materials Needed:
2 copies of the same picture
Tacky Glue
Popsicle sticks (I used jumbo and regular sizes)
Mod Podge Gloss Clear Acrylic Sealer (not pictured)
Magnets (this is optional, I used them so that they would stick to Gracie’s magnet board as she put it together)
Directions:

Pour tacky glue on the back of picture. Spread it even with a popsicle stick that you aren’t going to use. (I only put glue on half the picture at a time because I found that the glue dries rather quickly.

Cute!
cute and simple :)
Cute. Although at first I was going ape shit crazy over the thought of acrylic in children's mouths. Then I read the article. Usually I think of popsicles when I think of popsicle sticks, you know the frozen treats. Nice craft though, simple to get your kid started off with cognitive processes but not a huge jigsaw so as to have them give up too quick.
super cute idea. John and I may have to make some dinosaur puzzles.
