Momtourage.com took the popular PSA "It's ten o'clock. Do you know where your children are?" one step further. Not only do they expect parents to know where their teenage children are, but they expect them to TALK to said teenage children. Blasphemous!All kidding aside, Momtourage came up with a list of 15 things that parents should tell their teens on a daily basis.
