Moving Baby Belly Video
Have you seen this video that's been going around the web? This is amazing!
I've never been pregnant before so this just amazes me! It almost looks like special effects.
When you were pregnant did you ever see this much movement in your baby belly? What does the movement feel like? Does it hurt the mom?

i don't think i saw that much movement with my son. i know he moved a lot, but it wasn't that much hahahah. it just really feels like a baby moving lol.
I never SAW quite this much movement although you can definitely see my stomach jumping around, but holy cow, I've always felt it. There is no way to really describe what it feels like, other than that it feels exactly like you'd expect it to feel, haha. And yes, it can hurt sometimes. I swear my kiddo is going to bust through my skin sometimes. It also really hurts when she lays on my hip bone or kicks really low in my pelvis.
this is awesome. i am with Mevlink, i never saw that much movement but i sure felt it. B was so active and at all times of the day. he is still really active now. he hates naps but b/c he has to be still. it is hard to explain but its really weird feeling. when they get hiccups its even weirder. it took me forever to realize that he was hiccuping. it was so funny. i never had any that really hurt but it gets really uncomfortable. they can get in your ribs and hit your bladder (what B really liked to do that was the worst)
Lovelyish should learn a thing or two!
@yourkbear@xanga - lol they really should! some girl replied to me today saying that i must be sensitive from all the pregnancy hormones. i responded with "lol OMG you're so funny. hahahah f*** you" XD
@beebizzle@xanga - Two people said that to me. lol I wanted to say, "Yep, like you needed to prove yourself to be any dumber about pregnancy." But I just ignored them.
Hai babeh.
John moved more. It didn't hurt, but when he grew big, it was uncomfortable. It did hurt when he kicked my ribs. The more I tried to make him stop, the more he kicked them. He must have thought my hands smacking at his feet were amusing.
@yourkbear@xanga - I agree! I couldn't believe the negativity connected to something so miraculous & amazing.
I took video of my kiddos moving around while I was pregnant, but they were NEVER like this. I think this video is so neat! I'm going to guess that it's really skinny girls that see quite this much movement/detail - though it's just a guess and I really don't know.
I was having lunch with my pregnant colleague years back and while eating her baby started kicking inside and we saw his tiny hands and feet all over my colleague's tummy. I guess it's quite common for moms to feel the baby's movement and not rare to see the movement on the mom's tummy.
My little man moved a lot. It wasnt quite as noticeable as that though. Sometimes it would hurt, he always rammed his butt into the same spot, it actually gave me a bruise.
Uggh, I'm ready for an alien to burst out at any moment.
My belly did that!!! I caught some movement on video, but I never got a video *that* good - he doesn't perform on cue, hehe. ;) It didn't hurt me at all, just felt exactly as it should, like a baby dancing around in my tummy. It was my favorite part of pregnancy.
That is amazing!
I remember my mom telling that when she was pregnant with my sister, she was washing the dishes one day when she accidentally dropped a pan into the skin, and the vibration and sound had startled my sister. She said my sister jumped.
I swear that video is making me want to get pregnant.
This video honestly freaks me out.
um am i the only one totally grossed out? like i love babies and i think pregnant women look beautiful and everything and i've seen babies kick and it doesn't look like that. normally pregnant bellies look really smooth because it's stretched so tight, so if the baby kicks it's like hitting a drum skin, you can see a tiny bump but that's it; it's like this woman's skin is all loose around the baby, like she doesn't have enough body fat or something. and where the hell are her internal organs? i'm really tempted to say this is fake or something.
i would pass the fuck out if i saw that happening in my stomache
pardon me whilst i throw up and never ever have sex with a lady again
All I can think of is the movie Alien, and they way they hatched out of people. That's what this reminds me of. :/
@jenessa1889@xanga - It's actually quite the opposite, there's not a lot of fat hiding her stomache, and she's laying down so it's relaxed, not loose and flabby. Goodness. How the heck would she fake this? My stomache did this when my children danced around, I'm sure if I laid on my back and took a video it would look the same. I even had the OB/GYN say he was worried my daughter was going to come right through my belly button alien-style.
If you don't know where the uterus grows compared to a woman's internal organs, you might want to try google. It grows up and in front of everything, hence the reason a woman's pg belly sticks OUT and you can see or feel the baby.
@Annizka@xanga - I also ended up scaring my daughter while doing dishes; I banged a pot on the side of the sink while cleaning it, and was leaning against the counter, so I felt her startle really hard. I also felt her startle when the dog barked if someone came to the door. We 'scolded' the dog for scaring the baby haha.
I saw this a while ago... definitely last year sometime. But every time I see it, it just amazes me. It makes me wonder if my cousin will have that much movement with her baby boy. =)
I know it looks weird, but just realizing that it's a baby in there makes it so amazing to me. I can't wait to have a child. :)
If this is real, they must have edited out the part where the devil-spawn tore open mama's belly and clawed its way out. . .
This is so amazing! I've never seen anything like this! :)
@yourkbear@xanga - I Agree. I've never been pregnant before, but I look forward to that part. Call me crazy. haha. But all of the negative comments surrounding that post were just shocking.
This is amazing. I can't wait until I start having kids.
