While perusing the internet yesterday I came across an article on MSN about a crib recall. I just wanted to take a moment to put some information here on Momaroo just in case any of you out there have this particular type of crib or know someone who does.

2.1 million drop-side cribs manufactured by Stork Craft are being recalled, in the largest crib recall to date. There have been problems with the hardware of the cribs breaking. If the hardware does malfunction a child’s head can potentially get stuck in between the mattress and the side railing causing the child to suffocate. There have been 4 deaths caused by these cribs. Also, some of these cribs carry the Fisher Price logo so check into this recall to ensure that your crib is safe.
