Young Girls Dancing in Skimpy Clothing
The mother of these talented girls came under fire when she posted this video on Youtube. Many viewers called it "disturbing" and others said that the girls shouldn't be wearing skimpy clothing while dancing like that. Others called it "cute." What do you think?

i think its pretty sad.
i mean kids lookin like theyre 8 or something..nd dancing in clothes that id expect 20yr olds would wear..theyre moms must be proud.i say its disturbing if anything...
This is really NOT cool..... it could be "cute" if the girls were wearing normal clothes and didn't dance so hard. =/
I wouldnt call it disturbing...I am actually jealous that they can dance so well and I can't LOL! We are a product of our society....and this is pretty much what society has come too. Not something I would have my daughters wear but I don't think it is really that big of a deal.

they're obviously very talented, but that is not the kind of dance they should be doing, nor the clothes they should be wearing.

They actually dance for shows and competitions. They have many dancing videos and some of them show them scantily clad. I think they are talented, but they should cover up a bit.
they are really good at dancing... but they are WAYY too young. i wish i could dance like that on command, but teaching those girls and having them do it is definitely inappropriate.
They are very talented, but I'm disturbed that they're shaking body parts that don't even exist yet. Whatever happened to doing the hokey pokey and square dancing? That was the only kind of dancing I did as a little kid! Or, since square dancing wouldn't really be doing justice to their considerable skill, there are certainly more challenging forms of dance that don't involve overtly suggestive/sexual moves.
You know there used to be a video on youtube about this subject that showed a bunch of young girls teens and pre-teens dancing in little more then bikinis or boy shorts and bras trying to look sexy and hot. Some were even pole dancing. But you know those videos are very popular on youtube. Don't believe me go look up girl dancing and I bet you will find millions of them. And 99% are posted by the girls.
There are old rich guys all over the world right now who are getting off on that video. It's one thing to videotape it for your own family or something but to post it online is just sad.

It's sad. It makes me sick, actually.
I was a dancer from the time that I was three until I was eighteen. The outfits that we wore for recitals were not much different than what these girls are wearing. Now, admittedly, there was no youtube at the time, but I don't think it would change my mind had there been.
These girls are dancers. They are wearing a costume. They are not at some strip club pole dancing for the old men. That video doesn't bother me at all.
They're really really good, and I mean xD They shouldn't be doing some of them movies, some of those moves do kinda make me feel creepy for watching, but I don't think it's completely flat-out disgusting.

I miss real children who would make mud pies on the playground and chase after the ice cream man screaming about dinosaurs instead of these... by-products.
I think that if these girls wanted to dance like that wearing those clothing they should be allowed to (didn't you play dress up as a child?). But the fact that the mother posted this video on Youtube is disturbing.
This was slightly disturbing. it would've been cute if it wasn't for the clothes and the hip role part where they go all the way to the floor. If they changed that, maybe. but over all, that's not a dance for little kids.
Cute! What girl hasn't dressed up and danced in front of the video camera? There's nothing wrong with that! BUT - what mother would post this on the internet? Hasn't she heard the word "pedophile"??
They looked like dance costumes. I don't see anything wrong with them.
@gwacemom - Yes. I totally agree. I did dancing as well. These look normal to me. Maybe people aren't used to the "dancer" look. But these look fine to me as well.

THAT is the performing arts industry. Sad to me but not something anyone should be ashamed of or try to hide. Those girls are talented. I'm glad their mother is proud enough of them to want to show them off on youtube.
It's unfortunate that the type of music that's currently "in" is the type that involves so many innuendos. Those girls probably don't even realize what the song is about.
As for pedophiles, if you're really that worried about them, stay off the internet and don't go to playgrounds or skating rinks or any other "family entertainment" type area. That's where they are.
