I personally love those workout tapes that have sections. I bought the Crunch Bikini Body DVD with Lena Pareira in it when I was working full time and in college, and it was perfect. It had 3 ten minute sections each with it's own warm up or cool down, so you could do all 30 minutes at once or when you had time during the day.
There are also a lot of gyms and aerobic centers with daycare or mom-oriented classes.
i'm not a mom, but jillian michaels 30 day shred video is only 20 minutes long and is both cardio and strength. very effective
I walk a LOT! And if you're pushing a stroller with 2 kids in it you get a pretty good workout.
I'm with thornbird42@xanga - walking is the way to go. I also cycle to pick up my son from daycare and to get some last-minute groceries (nothing too heavy, obviously) as much as I can. If it doesn't rain, I try to plan extra time so I can cycle places instead of drive. It's a good example to set for kids, too - you don't always need to take the car, right? Better for the planet, better for your health.
I also like yoga, but it's hard to find the time. Walking and cycling places I need to go anyway is a better use of my time.
