My baby brother has a nap time. There isn't a specific time but he always goes down around 11:30-12:30. Then he'll be asleep for an hour or two and then get back up.
The 14 month old I watch goes down around 12:30 and sleeps for 2-3 hours.
My son's average nap time is 2 hours. He always sleeps four hours after he wakes up in the morning. We do chores, take a walk/go to the park, eat lunch, take a bath, and then nap. I find it easier to put him to bed after a bath. Sometimes when he's really tired, he naps for about 3 hours...
It's pretty set. My 2yo sleeps from 1:30-3:30pm usually. The newborn (2mo) sleeps whenever Big Sis is not being loud.
I take care of three kids that wake up around 7:30 - 8, and then go down for a nap no later than 1:30, but no earlier than 1. They sleep for about two hours.
My son wakes up at 8 am, takes a nap from 12-2:30, and then goes to bed at 8 pm
my son wakes up around 9-10 and is down for his nap at 2-2:30.. sleeps for 2 hours. my daughter, 8 months, is less predictable.. LATELY shes been going down about the same time.. she doesnt like to conform =p
I usually try to lay my three year old step daughter down around 12:30 - 1. I tell her she has to go lay down in her bed and let her watch TV. She usually passes out with in a half hour to an hour. And I usually don't let her sleep later than 4.
