  • Giveaway! - Karito Kids Doll

Hey Momaroo Readers! We are giving away a Karito Kids Doll!

We received Ling from the company owned by Laura and Lisa called Karito Kids and they would like us to share her with one lucky winner!

About Ling: Eleven-year old Wan Ling has just moved from her family’s home in rural Chengdu to bustling Shanghai, China, where her father will be caring for endangered pandas at the city zoo. Her determination and inquisitive nature sometimes get her into—and out of—trouble. Ling comes with her own passport and a 144-page, hardbound fiction book that includes pages from her scrapbook about Shanghai!

Every purchase of a Karito Kid helps another child.

Laura and Lisa of Karito Kids wanted to find a way to send a message across that kids all around the world are the same and when given the chance, would want to help each other.

Their message came across in the form of Ling, Pita, Lulu, Zoe, Gia, and Piper. They are six dolls that represent different cultures around the world. While different in ethnicity and culture, these girls are still the same, going to school and enjoying life.

When you buy a Karito Kid product you are helping kids around the world through a children's charity called Plan. You can also earn points or World Change by playing games on the Karito Kids website while learning about other cultures.

To enter our giveaway, please comment and tell us where you're from!

We'll randomly pick a winner on Monday, July 13 at 4p.m. Good luck!
