With M, it was semi-easy to just have her down in the crib when she was napping. There wouldn't be anyone else at home, so it was peaceful and quiet. Now that there are 2 in the house, it's almost impossible to have E sleep long periods of time without being awaken by Big Sis. She doesn't mean to do that, but 2-year-olds just love to shout and walk/run/jump/hop/dance really loudly. Holding E would allow her to sleep longer, but my arms can only take that for so long, and I need my hands to do other things sometime.
We got an Infantino sling as a gift when M was born, and used it a few times. I don't really like it that much.
I'm looking to buy a wrap type thing. It would also help with her spitting up all time because I have to have her upright after feedings.
Anyone have suggestions?
I'm thinking of going with Hotslings.
Others that I've heard of are Mobywrap and Zolowear.
Has anyone tried these?

I was not pleased with Hotslings, but I do like the Beco Butterfly. It has an infant insert.
I have one that uses the same idea as the Mobywrap and I like it a lot. I think, with a panel over either shoulder and crossed in the back, it is far more comfortable that the other sling type things I've seen. Plus, it's very versatile with how you can wear it as well. Check out Etsy.com. I got mine from seller Lovelyduds- she has SO many cool fabric choices.
The blue one (bottom left) looks like it would be best for your back and for the baby's too, since it's so symmetrical and distributes the weight.
I love my Hotsling for quick trips to the store. It's easy and fast to get on. I also prefer the Hotsling when baby is small, younger than 3 months.
I am not a fan of wraps. They are too complicated for me. I went with a Baby K'Tan with our second baby and I LOOOOOOOVE it. It is the best carrier, hands down.
I'm a bit addicted to baby wearing. I also have an Ergo Baby Carrier, which is amazing, especially when baby gets older. I also have Kangaroo Korner mesh water pouch.
I have the Mobywrap and I love it! My back doesn't hurt during and after usage. It's a little complicated at first, but with practice, it gets easier.
I'm pretty much in love with my Marsupial. :) So I don't really have SLING help here. But If I were to choose one I'd pick one that holds the baby close to my body and has the weight distributed evenly. (If you want more info on the Marsupial message me. I don't want to get annoying with self-promotion.)
I really liked the baby bjorn carrier. All the slings I tried seemed to need at least one hand on the baby and I was trying to get things done. I did use a ring sling at first if I was going to be nursing in public.
@Amarisa@xanga - @Mom2Be - @Finity@xanga - @englishbelleinks@xanga - @RoAngie467 - @aliyagator@xanga - @Riftsong@xanga - Thanks for the feedback. We're still undecided. We do have a Baby Bjorn already which worked out for M when she was little, but my sister is using it for my nephew. It was not a great carrier to take anywhere though...maybe just for walks. Thanks everyone!
I highly recommend trying a ring sling since it's one-size and pretty easy to figure out. Pouches can be tricky and are hard to get the right fit and comfort. My fave is an Ergo or mei tai carrier- so nice for the back. If you're looking for fun styles, check out Baby Hawk mei tais and for ring slings, you've got TONS of choices all over the internet!

I have a SleepyWrap and love it. It doesn't hurt my back at all, and even though my little one is ONE and almost 30 lbs, I could still wear it comfortably. It isn't hard to put on *although, at first it was a little intimidating* and I felt 100% confident he was safe and wouldn't fall out or get hurt. I looooooooooove it. :)
My favourite is the Hug of Joy sling ......one pouch that grows with your baby up to 30 pounds, and you can wear your baby 9 different ways. www.hugofjoy.com It's made to fit you, and so comfy for you and baby.
Beware of the slings that are pictured in the very first picture. They've been linked to breathing problems - you can see in the picture that the baby is really scrunched up.
Try a bed sheet sling. =-)
