My teachers were probably my best role models.

My parents.  They worked very hard to put food on the table and clothe us and educate us.  As a child, we never realize how much, until we are parents ourselves. We owe a lot to our parents, grandparents, teachers, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters who helped make us who we are. It truly takes teamwork. Working together makes us whole.

I had too MANY good role models...so I decided not to follow them and I followed the bad ones :(

Of course!  My parents are awesome!  And I had a couple of good teachers along the way too.

I would have to say that my role models were my teachers and my grandparents.  My teachers taught me the value of knowledge  and some of them taught me the fun in learning.  My paternal grandparents taught me the concept of unconditional love.  They may very well be the only people who ever loved me exactly the way I was and no matter what I did or didn't do.  My parents were prime examples of everything I shouldn't do in life...which just goes to show that even with poor role models, people can still turn out just fine.

My parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles --- I had a very, very close family growing up. I never saw divorce, arguments, hatred......so, I was very blessed. We also had a very close church family that I learned a lot from.

My mother. And she still is. She never raised her voice, never complained, was always gentle and wise, taught us to be healthy and active. She taught my sisters and I to treat everyone as equals and help others as much as possible. She always has a smile on her face. She is like a freakin saint. I don't know how she does it. My dad on the other hand....

Life was my role model. From a young age, I knew what "hard knocks" were && that was my inspiration to be/do more!

Yes. My mom. The best. Taught me that in motherinig, the most important thing is love. That's the way I bring up my child.
