12 hour international flight 7 months preg... wouldn't recommend it.

My mum used to travel all the time when she was pregnant, even a week before her due date to come back from aussie to NZ.

but after she had me, when we were on planes, she used to feed me during take off and landing to stop my ears getting blocked.

She said it was the smartest thing she'd ever thought of.

My friend flew to Hawaii when she was 7 months pregnant. She called it Babymooning (rather than honeymooning).

I did fly when I was pregnant - in the still sicky, nausea stage of pregnancy!!  And I sat behind people with terrible BO.  So between the BO and the plane flying through bumpy air, it wasn't fun.  The only thing that saved me was sucking on peppermint candies and taking deep breaths - through my mouth of course.  Luckily it was a fairly short flight.

Just a tip to offer... actually for those who are flying with babies lol..

I flew on a lot of international flights from Japan to the States and a lot of families had babies that they had just adopted or just babies in general. On international flights sometimes you get to talk to the people around you a bit more so I would often help new mommies out by walking their crying kids around the plane for a bit. If you see a mom having a tough time trying to get some sleep and attend to her screaming child, help a woman out and ask if you can help with anything. Most will say yes. It's not like you're going to go anywhere with that baby! And mom's don't be too afraid of letting helpful people step in on really long flights!
