Hats
by Mama LionI love hats. I think they're so cute, especially on babies. Baby Lion, on the other hand, HATES hats! Ever since he was a newborn he hated hats and one day around 5 months old he finally figured out how to take them off all on his own. It doesn't even matter if I buy the hats with the straps because it doesn't fit around his face and under his chin. But recently, I managed to get a couple of good shots of him with a hat on:
Cute, huh????
That lasted for a good oh...3 seconds.
His facial expressions always crack me up!
From last weekend: He looks like such a baby in these pictures...
I think he could pass as a girl too with the hat on
. I did manage to get the strap under his chin with this hat, but it was VERY tight... I felt like it was choking him.Does/did your baby like wearing hats?

He needs to keep that SF Giants hat on!
aw how cute! My baby has problems with the straps fitting her chin too and with her big head! She's 9 months but wears an 18 m hat. She usually keeps them on though. Too bad boys don't wear bonnets, they have long ties and stay on pretty well.
my daughter didn't like having the hats on either for the longest time, but now (she's 16 months) she knows they keep the sun out of her eyes. i know babies like being naked, so that must be it because even at night when i put a light blanket over my daughter she knows and just pulls them right off, even as she is sleeping.
