Her Breathing
I mentioned how we're going to get Baby Platypus checked out for Laryngomalacia. I recorded her breathing so you guys can hear what we hear.

ohh my poor babe!!
aww poor baby. i hope she'll be ok and i wish ya'll luck.
oh... your poor little baby. oh....
Oh...poor baby. I hope you all find out what it is.
sometimes, my son wheezes like that when he's sleeping, but i always thought he was just congested....maybe i should have it checked out, too...
Hopefully they get it fixed and figured out!!
Wow, that is pretty distinct. It even appeared at one point she was trying to catch her breath. I hope she sleeps in your room at night - I would keep her close until the docs figure out what's up. She is such a beautiful baby!
Oh, poor Little, I'm sorry. I always hate when babies are sickly. my son was sick with pyloric stenosis when he was born--not fun. I'm so sorry! Good luck with the appointment though. Keep us updated!!
hmm, Liam does that too. I've taken him to the dr. twice and they said it seemed normal..although he wasn't making the noise when we were there but I explained it to them. It worries me all the time and it's frustrating trying to feed him because he does that and I think he's going to choke.. After he eats it's the worst unless I'm holding him on my shoulder. It seems like when he's sitting in the swing or laying down it's worse. We go to the dr. again on Tuesday so I'll bring it up again. How long has she been doing it?
She sounds just like my son did when he was that age, he also has Laryngomalacia. But not the same, I forgot the real name for it. His epiglottis is folded. I don't think its the same thing. It may just be residue from amniotic fluid though... But either way if it isn't bad she will grow out of it.
@babypeanut408 - hi, mamaplatypus here. she's been doing it since she's been born.
Poor baby, I hope she is ok, that would scare me to death!
