Seafood Choices
I had a hard time remembering all the seafood I wasn't allowed to eat. I hated that part of my pregnancy by the way. I LOVE seafood. And since I'm breastfeeding I still have to keep track of what I'm not allowed to eat. DOH! So here's a site that can help you remember.

Spicy food when i was breastfeeding...i seriously went through withdrawls..hehe.
oh man right now im not missing anything!! i get grossed out so easily not even funny! but i do love shrimp and chicken. when i was pregnant with my first i hated cheese or any dairy products. right now i hate beef and pork. ew!
Dang, I should print this handy little thing out for when we get pregnant with number 2. You're the bomb!
breastfeeding first few months was hard bec i had to limit my choices bec the baby s stomach s pretty limited but after the first few, i am able to eat ANYTHING... even drink coffee because it doesnt impact my baby at all!!! she doesnt cry when i eat onions anymore! thank god!
I miss my daily coffee the most... although I shamefully do endulge every so often.. normally after I've worked a late night at work :(
garlic spaghetti
Both my kids were allergic to dairy, so I had to give up milk, ice cream, yogurt, cheese, etc. It was really harsh.
At the risk of sounding like an alcoholic, I missed my Saturday night Girls Nights complete with margaritas and and fruity wine...mainly I missed NOT being the full time designated driver.
